General Terms And Conditions For Appointment Of Business Partners

1. The Business partner should be in it business for the past 2 years at least and own or rent a minimum of 300 sq. ft. office premises.

2. The Business Partner should be able to provide after sales support and have adequate infrastructure and people for the same.

3. The Business Partner should have achieved at least U.S Dollars 50,000/- turnover in the past 2 Years.

4. The Business Partner should be financially sound.

5. The Business Partner should place a sign up order for a minimum of U.S Dollar 1,000/- initially. The Business Partner will be accorded N.E.A. (Non-Exclusive Agent) status; i.e. the dealer will not have exclusivity on any fixed geographical territory and will not be required to deposit any money with Valvola. For becoming an Exclusive AGENT please contact Valvola for further details, after 15 days of filling up the attached Application Form and sending to us.

6. The Business Partner should give Valvola a firm business plan.

7. All transactions will be strictly on advance payment only.

8. Warranty will be for 18 months from the date of our invoice or 12 months from the date of actual installation, whichever is earlier, to the Business Partner.

9. Delivery will be made within 12 weeks from the date of confirmed purchase order along with advance payment received.

10. If there will be any transactional delays from Valvola, it will be intimated earlier to the Business Partner by Valvola.

11. All prices (Quaterly basis) will be E-Mailed / Couriered to Business partners in the first week of every quarter.

12. All the Marketing / Promotion materials / pricing of the products will be handed over to the Business Partner after signing the business partnership agreement form.

13. The business partner will receive SBR format for any special pricing from Valvola. It will be applicable only in any Tender / Large orders.

14. For any / all disputes the applicable jurisdiction will be MUMBAI, Indian Jurisdiction

15. In case you cannot meet any of the above terms, please state the reasons for the same on a separate sheet and attach along with the application form. If you propose to comply to those terms in the near future, please state by when.
